      This plan is on the cultural policies of Taiwan during the Japanese colonial era, the focus is on the time significance and role of art education which serves as a basis for the organizing and compiling of the digital archive. The change in Taiwan's political climate, the start of colonial art education systems and the " Taiwanese - Japanese combined education " by the Japanese have  all  led to the  creation  of  the  Taiwanese colonial education system. It brought to the islanders a " Taiwan Renaissance Movement " education system that was wholly unlike the education  system of  the  Qing government. Using education reform as a basis,from the implementation of elementary education to research of education case studies, it can be seen that the education systems of Taiwanese public schools, Aborigine public schools and Japanese elementary schools are all different,  and that art education classes all stand independently. It also shows the difference between the text books used by the Han Aborigines and the Japanese mainlanders.  Different races were all educated on the island of  Taiwan, with the  colonial culture serving as the backdrop and art education as the core ( including text book systems and school regulations ),  all have had a deep impact on art education in Taiwan. During the Westernization process after the Meiji Restoration, fundamental art education  and  modernization were applied  to  the education policies of  the Taiwan colony, resulting in the development of art education in Taiwan. This move not only had a great impact on art education in  Taiwan, at the same time it also created colony-unique phenomena such as: the "Education Work Exhibition" to celebrate the Crown prince's visit to Taiwan, "Taiwan Industry Award Exhibition", and  "Taiwan Art Exhibition" which all belonged to the colonial cultural activities of Taiwan at that time. This emphasizes the value of  "Art Education Methods" in colonial  studies. This plan takes from the existing colonial studies resources such as valuable folk art education resources, Taiwan Sotokufu historical documents as well as the teaching qualifications of the Japanese in Taiwan at the time, and related Taiwan art education  theses to serve as  the foundation for analysis and compilation.  Rarely seen pictures and books, education  handbook , education studies theses and exhibition photographs have been included for digital archiving to provide access to important research resources for scholars and the public.
